Terms and Conditions

Every display is custom-designed for the property. Designs, mockups and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be updated after we confirm measurements, site conditions or your selections. An estimate becomes binding only when you accept it.

Pricing is personalized to each property and depends on factors such as footage, roofline height, access, selected areas and décor. New residential projects have a $750 minimum. Any price shown on this website is general information, not an offer for your specific property.

• A flat $300 booking deposit reserves your installation date. It is not the project price; it is applied to your approved project total.
• The remaining balance is due after installation, unless your accepted estimate says otherwise.

We schedule installation, service visits and removal as agreed. Dates may shift because of weather, safety conditions, property access or other circumstances outside our control. Work is performed only when it is safe and we can access the areas involved.

• Provide safe access to the property and the areas to be decorated.
• Make sure working outdoor power outlets are available where needed.
• Tell us about hidden hazards, HOA rules, irrigation, underground lines or fragile surfaces that could affect the work.
• Avoid moving, altering or adding to the installed display without contacting us.

Lights and décor purchased by the customer as part of an accepted project become the customer's property after full payment. Installation hardware, storage containers, timers, cords, clips and any equipment not sold to the customer remain Hang & Glow Crew's property unless your accepted estimate says otherwise.

During the season, we provide service and repairs as described in the published offer and your accepted estimate, including 24-hour in-season service when it is safe and the property is accessible.

Where included in your accepted estimate, we take down the display after the season and store our supplied equipment until the next season.

The lifetime light warranty covers lights supplied by Hang & Glow Crew only while you continue annual installation service with us. Written warranty terms apply, and damage from outside causes (such as weather events, animals, accidents, tampering or third-party work) is excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the services involved, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds, including how the booking deposit is handled, are governed by your accepted estimate or service agreement.

Website content, including photos and videos of our installations, is owned by Hang & Glow Crew and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Website information is general and may change without notice. Your use of personal information you share with us is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not alter an estimate you have already accepted.
